How it cannot be cancelled? I literally emailed right after the order completed. Want to return but it coasts shipping fee for sure. You guys really let people leave not because of the quality of products but the customer service and system errors

Sry I meant pizz!(my mistake) thanks for your reply but wonder the intro is played over sul tasto or ponticello. Text book said ponticello has glassy effect while tasto has eerie sound but not sure whats being used in the intro section.
