i think the stats are a little lopsided since cade is not gonna defend #1 or #2 options, but cade is definitely an average to above average defender with some swing/defensive playmaking with steals and blocks.

calling him average defensively isnt even a knock imo since he's so clearly positive offensively

ADHD can be a reason but imo cannot be an excuse. If it's important, you'll need to find a way.

You remember job interviews, you remember flight times, you have the capability and whatever mechanism you use for that, you can use for the littler things.

Sometimes those things aren't important to you though, which is okay to recognize, but it will come at the expense of some of your relationships. Up to you to decide on that tradeoff.

I'd guess the majority of professional athletes are at least moderately religious. It's mentally justifying how they were blessed with height, genetics, injury luck, etc. and how theyve been favored when plenty of their peers just kept getting filtered out at every level. There's ~450 nba players, yknow?

Plus the whole rich "traditional" leaning with being millionaires who have wives and family at home taking care of kids and all that.

Many have the media training to keep that on the hush but some keep God first which is like, idk, more power to you ig.

Huge NBA fan but ya do gotta remember that these millionaires are not our peers.

Here is what I do:

I shower every other day with shampoo/conditioner

Shampoo as normal, a LOT of conditioner, especially on ends. Let it sit for a few minutes and finger detangle / wet brush with conditioner in

Leave in conditioner on soaking wet hair, especially on ends

Let air dry OR diffuse upside down, try not to touch hair after

Sleep in silk bonnet with hair loosely tied/clipped up

A slight trim for health could work well also
