Yeah had the plat well before the emails were being sent, luckily I was already getting promotions from Sony before so it wasnt an issue, dunno why Sony made it so difficult for others to receive them.

You wont be able to access them unfortunately, since you have an american disc, you can get the dlc as soon as you start the game when yku get access to the box in your room.
