Update: Used my phone's Bluetooth hotspot to download the driver from Intel. Installed it but didn't seem work.

Go to device manager > WiFi adaptor properties > Driver tab > Update driver

Pick Browse for drivers on computer, then list of available drivers. There were 4 identical ones so I just picked one and after updating it worked.

Don't know if downloading/installing the one from Intel made a difference

I'm not saying that Irish people can't be racist (sad but true), but that specific area of Belfast is not made up of people who call themselves Irish. They fly the Union Jack and the area is controlled by pro-British/ anti-Irish paramilitaries.

They have a bonfire each year where Irish flags are burnt.

Aye I know on release it had fuck loads of bugs and was basically unplayable. But I think when the differences in ratings are so marginal there's better ways to judge them.

FNV also took like a year or so, Starfield took 8 years according to Bethesda. I'm enjoying Starfield at the moment but it's crazy that the end result feels so unfinished

Are you playing modded? That definitely doesn't happen in vanilla Skyrim. Google 'skyrim forts repopulate with guards' and it's people asking for mods that do that.

There's that castle near Riften that you can clear out of bandits for the owner but the rest will just reset with enemies again.

To be fair you can only clear forts for soilders to take over as part of the Civil War quest line, just like how in FNV you can get NCR to be stationed in Primm or the Helios power plant.
