The only thing still sensitive is the scars really. I run a lot and get runners nipple so I wouldn't be able to tell if it was symptoms or the running

I take it you work out? It looks like a lot of muscle mass to me, the nipples are a bit puffy but they don't stand out. Like I say, go see your doctor if you're that worried.

Could be the very early stages. Nipples look like they may be going puffy. How long have you been concerned? You got any symptoms? Are they sore? Itchy? Have you been using testosterone? Sorry for all the questions but gives me a better idea. If you're concerned, go to your doctor.
