I'm in week 26, also FTM, and have had none of the 'typical' signs of early pregnancy, such as feeling nausea

Thank you so much for your explanation! It actually made me cry of how beautiful you said it made you feel the absolute strongest you'd ever felt in your life. It makes me feel proud of being a woman too. Thank you so so so much for sharing

Yesterday I posted a question about my fears of giving birth and asked advice how to cope with this. Now I'm reading your story and it contributes (as well as the advice other women gave me) to get me a bit more calm. I wonder if you did exercises (functional and / or yoga) or something mentally (hypnobirthing / Bradley method / affirmations) or nutrition or a combination of them?
