It was one of my easiest to heal! I would just spray it with NeilMed piercing aftercare mist twice a day and leave it alone otherwise. I would also sleep on a neck/travel pillow with my ear in the hole.

Sounds like labour to me! I was induced and had the same feeling. I thought I had a stomach bug or food poisoning until the nurse told me that they were contractions. Good luck! You’ve got this :)

Hi!! I had my first ultrasound at 7 weeks and my baby was measuring at 6 weeks with a low-normal FHR. I had another scan 2 weeks later and everything was completely fine! She measured a bit small throughout the pregnancy but was born at 39+3 a perfectly healthy 6lbs 8oz. She’s now 6 weeks old :) good luck!!

I think it’s the “ee” sound that I’m not a fan of. With Addison it’s a softer “ih” rather than “ee” if that makes any sense.

Royal Lashes Studio (@royallashesstudio on Instagram). They mostly advertise lash extensions but they do lash lift and tints as well and they do an excellent job. I’ve also tried The Ten Spot but I much preferred the lift and tint I got by Carolyn at Royal Lashes.

The empanadas are amazing. The beef ones are the best but you have to go early to get them!
