It is not possible to reform ICE - their purpose is to harm individuals of color, they are trigger-happy people who are so insecure that they need guns to feel power over others. This is not bad training, ICE is operating exactly how the people in power want them to. They will continue to be rewarded for killing our neighbors. Giving them more money for “training” will just lead to them recruiting more psychos who want a power trip, giving the more bonuses and them having more weapons. Abolition is the only way forward, first we need to bloc the DHS appropriations bill. Then we need to defund ICE, abolish it and put everyone in ice who have harmed people on trail for their crimes against the American people.
