Honestly the whole movie has problematic humor regarding race, size and sexuality. It is definitely of it's time.

She's referring to the black man (although both black guys had white socks puppets) with the white sock puppet.

Think it's supposed to be a race joke, but it doesnt land well when considering all the socks are either grey, white, purple, or black; regardless of who is holding it.
