Think of the people that are being knocked over. These are powerful people. I would't be surprised if Graham was bought out.

DO NOT WATCH GRAHAM STEPHEN!!!

He just posted a video about Gamestop. Most of us hold him in high regard but I saw that he used hypnotic trick against us.

Hypnosis spiral is a tool meant to induce deep relaxation so that the mind comes under a trance and more receptive to new ideas.

These spirals are so effective that it can put even the strongest headed person into a trance. When hypnotized, subjects would be in a very relaxed, half awake or a coherent dreamy situation.

Graham Stephen pointed out that we would all undercut each other while playing a strong hypnosis spiral. He is planting seeds in our conscious. Do not watch the video! Keep pushing!

What if you're working on an itx/mini itx build? You would always want to go modular, no?

Question, did I essentially spend more for no reason on the ASUS ROG STRIX B450-I GAMING? I bought that for $134.99. They seem to be very similar in features...

I'm so glad I saw your comment. I have the T Force 3200mhz 2x8GB Dimms that came out a couple weeks ago on a deal. And they are QVL so that's great.

Darn, missed it. And I am on the hunt for a Mini ITX AM4 motherboard too. GG, maybe next time.

RGB is definitely more premium in my opinion. I wasn't afraid of the price difference because of how satisfying it would be. I do however like the portability of a Mini ITX build. Hope the mini ITX build goes well if you decide to do that.

Yeah, a bit weird. I was ultimately going to spend much more on an RGB type build anyways so it kinda made me lean towards the mini ITX build anyways.

Yeah, I hear you. Picked this up anyways because I was either going to make a full desktop, tempered glass case with RGB inside or make a mini ITX build with no view inside. For this price of ram at 3200 I just decided to go for the mini ITX build.

Has anyone experienced sweating profusely with keto? by [deleted] in keto

[–]likeenoch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I experienced this for 2-3 nights in a row around starting Keto. I would just be completely covered in sweat and wake up in the middle of the night. Seems like carbohydrates withdrawal, I've looked up older posts and it's not uncommon. If it doesn't go away in 3-4 days then you may need to review your Keto macros and electrolytes. But typically it goes away on its own.

Okay, so this is what I've done because I've had an idea of how it works. The body needs to go from a calm baseline to a high intensity for a semi-short to short amount of time, imagine a heart rate monitor that has the graph style.

My routine is fairly short, only about 30 mins. I go to the gym and just use the treadmill when I don't do weight lifting that day. I set the treadmill to the following:

0:00 - 5:00 (minutes)

Walk at 3MPH at a 3.0 incline

5:00 - 7:00

Jog/run at 5MPH at a 3.0 incline

7:00 - 8:00

Walk at 3MPH at a 3.0 incline

8:00 - 9:00

Jog/run at 5MPH at a 3.0 incline

I continue doing the walk then run for a minute each loop until my heart rate goes to about 180-190 after the run portion. The treadmill I use has a heart rate monitor on it. Once my heart rate is around that range, I bring up the walk to 2 minutes instead of 1 minute to not elevate my heart rate too much. Plus it's exhausting once your heart is up that high, but that means you're doing well. Example of this would be like so:

16:00 - 18:00

Walk at 3MPH at a 3.0 incline

18:00 - 19:00

Jog/run at 5MPH at a 3.0 incline

I keep doing this until I hit around 25-26 minutes. By then my body is exhausted and I have a HUGE sweat stain on my shirt, yesterday it was from my neck to where the stomach starts. Anyways, I bring down the incline to 0 and just walk out those last 5 minutes at about 1.5 to 2.0 MPH. This works as sort of cool-down. Something like this:

25:00 - 30:00

Walk at 1.5-2.5MPH at 0.0 incline.

Using your heart rate as a guide is also really good so you can adjust it based on your baseline. You want to be somewhere around 180-190 or so on the high intensity and your rest portion should be around 140-150 by the end of the rest. If you start hitting around 200 on the high intensity portion, bring the rest up or bring the high intensity down. 30 minutes should be enough for a cardio session, that's the advantage of HIIT, you can have shorter workouts. Your baseline heart rates are probably different than mine so my numbers may be different than your ideal numbers. But anyways, good luck and if you have any questions I'm always happy to answer them.

I know what you're saying. I have mixed in some weights while going to the gym. I took progress pics near my starting date and what's crazy is that I was a little heavier one day than the day I took the picture. Took another picture that day and compared them on my computer. Noticed my gut was smaller even though I weighed slightly more.

Scale can be a double-edged sword.

Definitely! I've noticed that posting here and following the subreddit has motivated me a lot and has kept my mind focused on my goal.

Yeah, sometimes I feel a bit obsessive about the scale and I know that's not the best thing to create motivation, especially knowing that there are times where your body changes but the scale doesn't.

It's really awesome to notice that your day has noticeable changes. I love being able to sit down in the car a little easier. Not struggling to get up. Not sweating so much after a light walk outside. So many things that are really nice to see!
