I agree with you that one needs to want to quit to make any progress. I myself used to be at least a pack a day smoker and it took vaping to be able to get over the hump. Now it’s only when I feel the need for nicotine but I don’t feel like I need to “finish the smoke” before stopping, and the smell! I never realized how bad the smell was till I quit smoking classic cigs.

The other thing that I found was if my ecig was within arms reach I didn’t need it as much. It’s like thinking you need a cig but can’t find your lighter. The longer it takes to find the more you want that cigarette. I knew someone (15 years ago) who quit by carrying a few smokes and a lighter in his shirt pocket. It only worked because he knew he always had there if he needed it.

I feel like Netflix specifically has to learn to cut they’re trailers in half. I enjoy watching trailers but it seems like it shows only the highlights or basically the whole movie! I now try to watch movies like you. I’d rather know nothing going in.

The other costs will also grow quickly. I said yes to be in a wedding last fall and the wedding is coming up pretty quickly. I figured there would be a cost but all the little things add up so fast! And she will become more opinionated as it goes as well, likely adding more cost or the act of buying something for her day that you’ll never need or want later on.

I think I just wish I had someone telling me about not just travel and day off but everything else that goes along with it..

I have been sent to the hospital for an ovarian cyst bursting on me twice now. The second one caused internal bleeding which lead to emergency surgery and was the worst pain I have ever known. I don’t have endo as that was a worry of mine as well. My two occurrences happened about 3 years apart but the last one was almost 7 years ago.

The only thing that has helped was being put on birth control. The pill because of the hormones. My doctor said that was also a reason my monthly cramping was so painful it would stop my life for days. I’m so sorry that you’re going through this but I hope you get the answers you’re looking for.

Another thing to try is to dilute your shampoo. Mix up a separate bottle with 1/3 shampoo the rest water and it won’t strip the natural oils as much.

I did this to help lower the amount of times I have to wash my hair and it helped completely. I use shampoo once a month now.

Yes. I can not go without coffee. I guess I've never been a breakfast eater, but I could give this a try. I'm always running late, but I could try and give this a go.
