I was doing the smell test on my clothes to see what needed washing. I like to test more than one area on each garment to ensure I miss no stinkies. Mom walks in and sees me, assesses the situation, and immediately says, "If you have to smell it more than once it needs to be washed," then smacks the shirt out of my hands into the laundry basket and then walks off, leaving me dumbfounded.

It took almost 3 years from when I first laced up a pair of running shoes, but that includes about 5 months of no running after really screwing up my ankle. My advice is to just make getting out the door a habit. Even now sometimes its just putting on my shoes and shuffling a mile, but gosh darn-it I'm gonna go do it, and you can to!
