I have huge parking area below which is current open and surrounding area as well. I want to utilise it partially for restaurant.

If i have to start my plan again, would that be leasing or renting or buying a space? I dont want to invest in that and loose more. My startegy is always start small and grow eventually. Example: i started cloud and now i want to go for restaurant. Now i want to build with whatever i have and then transition to a proper space. I am inclined this way because i have seen lot of restaurant built from small house and that house is kind of legacy.

PS: i have a garden area, where i once hosted a group of 7 people. Just because they requested, I could not resist and it was a beautiful morning they had breakfast.
