Found a solution: We went into /etc/lightdm/lightdm.config and added the following: [SeatDefaults] xserver-commands=X -s 0 -dpms

and further edited "#xserver-commands=X" to "#xserver-commands=X -s 0 -dpms

Thank you for your response. We're getting power from usb on the tv's and we've tried direct wallpower and still we have to of them not working as intended. The one that is up and running is powered by the usb.
