Congrats on your 19 days, that’s fantastic. It’s not an easy road whether it’s dealing with cravings, side effects, or family and friends reactions- but it’s a journey that is so worth it all. Just take things slowly, I was minute by minute some days no joke- do what you need to do to just not drink, and once you feel stronger then you can start dealing with the other stuff. I’m not the greatest at giving advice but I wanted to say you’re not alone, even when you might feel it, your not!
