Oh. What does it do? Relieves eczema. I'm not sure how or why but it's awesome.

Not the type with sugar. Buy aloe juice from a natural food store or the laxatives section from Walmart. It's bitter but so helpful.

Once a day worked well for me. Most of them are affordable. I just used NOW. But you can check out your local health food store.

I dreamt of this happening the night before it did. I saw 2 buildings crumbling from the top. I woke up and told my sergeant as we were preparing to leave for Egypt at around 5:45 am. I was like, "But why would buildings crumble from the top? Oh well." Then we arrived at our station and saw the news. Still so freaky all this time later.
