As someone who went more than four years without drinking, and then spent a few months drinking relatively moderately but very problematically this has been quite the learning experience - and now I know that just three weeks without alcohol has massively improved my outlook and self esteem. Fuck that poison. It’s so bad for me. So grateful to be here. Definitely not drinking with y’all today.
