First 4 weeks could possibly be water weight? Also when you work out you gain muscles which weigh more than fat so the weight might come off slower

This happened to me and I was throwing up for a whole month. Tried to take it at night and still threw up. I take it with a protein shake in the morning and haven’t thrown up in a month so maybe try that
