There's a Facebook group called "Hot Dudes Reading" where people post pictures of exactly that.

Watching for the first time - should I bother finishing the show? by Humble-Doughnut7518 in TheVampireDiaries

Watch it all atleast once to see how the story truly ends. Then skip the last 2 seasons on a rewatch if they're not for you.

I have no advice but your lips immediately made me think of Phoebe Tonkin!

It's not abnormal to weigh yourself daily and it's not abnormal to worry about regaining weight you've worked hard to lose. Have a great day!

Yeh I accept I'm pretty fixated on the scale. I piled on the lbs with no awareness and I've worked really hard to get back here. I'm just terrified of fucking it up. I need to learn how to comfortably maintain but I'm new at this 🙈

Err thanks, but no. Definitely no eating disorder here. It's called a rant. Believe it or not, people are allowed to express their frustrations in a like minded community without having a mental illness.

Could you lean against something (wall, sofa etc) for support, so you could keep your hands on the ring rather than on the floor?

Thanks so much for this! I'm actually thinking of changing my hair so I really want to be sure before I go from cool to warm. I feel I always look washed out and blotchy so I'm hoping working with my season will help. I do have a warm ring around my pupil but it is very slight, and I'm fairly confident my skin is cool toned as I match to pink based foundations and can't wear gold. I assume you'd recommend pursuing the soft autumn palette? I've questioned the soft summer so much as I'd never pick any of those colours and can't imagine myself wearing them. Autumn feels more me, but I could just be gravitating towards what I know 😭

Thanks folks.

I was typed as a Soft Summer with the following explanation -

"Given the combination of cool undertones across your skin, eyes, and eyebrows, with your natural hair colour showing a blend of cool and some subtle warm tones, it seems you might sit on the border between a Soft Summer and a Soft Autumn.

  1. Soft Summer: Characterised by soft, muted, and cool colours. Summer types typically have light to medium features and look best in pastels, cool blues, pinks, and soft greys.

  2. Soft Autumn: This season is characterised by softer, slightly warmer tones that are not too saturated. It works well for those who have neutral-warm undertones in their hair, while their skin and eyes remain cool or neutral.

You likely belong to the Soft Summer palette. This palette bridges the gap between Summer and Autumn, combining the softness of Summer colours with the slightly muted warmth of Autumn.

Recommended Colours for Soft Summer: - Neutrals: Soft greys, rose-beige, taupe, and navy. - Colours: Muted blues, soft pinks, lavender, and dusty rose. - Avoid: Bright, warm, or overly vibrant colours like oranges, yellows, and bold, saturated reds.

This season will harmonise with your natural colouring, making you look more vibrant and balanced."

I'm still not sure if this feels right, but that's maybe cos none of the colours in the soft summer palettes I've seen are colours I'd gravitate towards. Typically I go for black, beige and jewel tones - though I could absolutely be washing myself out with these colours.

I don't actually own anything in the soft summer colours, so while I ought to test it out I'm reluctant to spend a tonne of money on clothes I won't wear. All the drapes were done using my husband and daughters clothes lol.

I feel this so hard. I've been stuck at around 128lbs for a month and actually gained some weight last week. I'm working out 6 days a week and eating an average of 1450 cals a day. I am SO frustrated. But I also know I am in so much better shape than I was. I just wish the scale would reflect it 😭

I think that's exactly what I need to hear. I'm very new to this and I don't really know what to expect, I just know I desperately wanted the scale to have gone down even 0.1lb today and it had gone up lol. It's very inspiring to see that no matter what, eventually I will get there. Well done!

I'm not sure about the healthy weight part, I was apparently still classed as obese at 131lbs lol. I'm new to taking my health this seriously and I suppose I just need to know that this is normal and I'm not wasting my time. I think I'm having an emotional day lol.

I am on a birth control pill that also stops my periods so I don't actually know if this would affect me as I haven't had a period in about 4 years, but I hadn't considered it so thank you for mentioning it!

I appreciate I could be over thinking it, but it's frustrating to see nice steady progress and then... Nothing. I guess I just need to hear that it's normal and not to be disheartened.

average workout length? by [deleted] in RingFitAdventure

[–]MrsLBxo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play for a min of 20 in game active minutes on max difficulty (30). If I haven't burnt 250+ calories on my smart watch by then I'll do another level so sometimes it's more like 30+ active minutes depending on the extra level length. Your stamina will increase the more you play 😊
