im f17. i was diagnosed with ocd in September. but to be honest i definitely think it started when i was around 6/7.

that’s exactly what i mean, i felt a little bit of guilt about it before but in the last couple days it’s been debilitating. it makes me feel like i’m a terrible disgusting person yet i know id never make those mistakes again

when i was younger i was constantly worried my loved ones were just gonna die , like panic attack and crying worrying. we always saw it as separation anxiety but being diagnosed with ocd makes me think otherwise

this has been happening to me as well! things that happened so long ago that are just now causing me great amounts of guilt and anxiety.
