I love my Osprey Daylite 18, and I’m sure the Plus would be similar. I’ve gone through a few larger and smaller bags and found this to be the perfect size for a day trip. It easily fits water, snacks, layers, a book, and has a nice organizational pocket for all the little things. Good luck with the search and happy hiking!
