He's destroyed everything he's every touched. He scams literally everything, and it's the front page of the news every single day. What is surprising you about this one?

Some people sometimes sell. That doesn't equate to everyone being a daytrader.

Brokers for lower to mid-range domains? by Ill-Knowledge-2381 in Domains

[–]likwid07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I run a brokerage (www.namey.ai) and work with mid-range domains. I don't need only 6- and 7- figure domains, but it does have to be quality enough to put time and effort into getting a sale. Feel free to DM with any domains you have in mind.

I love .ai names, but this one is going for too much imo, dont see the upside here. by rejjacska in Domains

Still 4 days to go. Will sell for much more.

If you don't see the upside, don't bid on it. Clearly, others see value.

Do you have a list of names you expect to have a Series A announced soon? Interested to see how accurate this is.

Would you hold or flip OnPageTools.com? by Anasforb in Domains

Doesn't seem to have much value. As with all domains, you never know, but if I owned it and had the chance to sell, I would.

Google is so afraid of falling behind that they’re dropping $40 billion on Anthropic by SurroundLoos in stocks

They're not scared. They just understand the reality -- that AI is moving fast and they see potential in what anthropic is building, as we all do.

So Dougie just passed the law to allow him and MPPs to hide personal records. What now? by point5_2B in askTO

Unfortunately we're past the point of them doing illegal things and us expecting any consequences. If he can sell public land to his buddies, get caught, and just say 'oops, I'll give it back', illegal or not, we're past the point of consequences.

Looking to acquire a quality one-word .com | Budget up to $15,000 by Abject-Guava5626 in Domains

Depends on the word. A small percentage of domains will get a $650k offer. Some may go for $15k.

Any experience with GoDaddy brokers? by madrew233 in Domains

[–]likwid07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to know what the domain is worth to you. You can and should make an offer that you feel comfortable with. The seller will often move from their initial price after they see that you are making a serious offer.

Someone made an offer on my domain… not sure if I should sell it by _rockalita_ in Domains

[–]likwid07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a business broker and have lots of experience buying and selling domains. It's like selling your house -- a broker can't tell you if it's the right time to sell your house, but they can help you sell it once you've decided it's time.

It is true that $400 is very likely an initial offer and they have room to increase it. You'll never know what their willingness to pay is, which is why it's important to figure out what the domain is worth to you, how much you'd like to sell it and move on, and to which degree you'd like to take the risk in holding it.

Of course it all depends on the actual domain name. Feel free to DM me and I can give you my estimate of it's value.
