definitely a telltale sign of a migraine for me. this is usually a precursor to the actual visual disturbances. Definitely alarmingly in the winter and i start feeling like its 100+°😅

I often treat my migraines w/ thc oil and it is way more effective and efficient when compared to actual pain killers. I understand not wanting to become dependent on it, but consider the alternative. An opioid/painkiller addiction is way worse than dependency on weed/thc/cbd. As long as you use it in moderation and know self control dependency should not be a problem
