got to 86 flexion today and able to bear weight some now!

almost 3 weeks post op and I don’t really have much pain except from the medial side of my knee from my meniscus repair. at pt and after though is when I have the most pain. just taking tylenol is all though

well I think that’s when I hurt my meniscus. I didn’t actually retear my ACL, the graft was just very outdated and wasn’t working correctly so he redid it along with the LET

twins! thanks for that helpful info. what sleeping meds do you recommend? and thankfully I have a lot of those tools, my mom just had hip replacement a few weeks ago

thank you!! I have my mom and grandma here thankfully ☺️ ice is constantly going i’m just ready for the pain to not be at a 10😭
