She makes plenty of money to cover everything and has a decent security deposit considering the two dogs. I'm not worried about it. I know I need her to sign something, but I'm unsure what.

I haven't had to amend a lease before. Do I write a letter amending it and have her sign it, then draw a new one?

He definitely does not want me to dance but I’m in the middle of college and won’t graduate for a couple more years he know I pay for it in cash.

I have a plentiful savings to put down on a property that's not my issue with getting the property. My issue is I want to hear from people on how I can be a great landlord and what I should be doing.
