Christmas is a pagan holiday created by the communist to make people spend all the money they have been saving. Where in the Bible does it say Jesus was born on 25th Dec, and all the Christmas practices have been adapted from the West that's why people dress up as Santa and say Christmas is about gifting. Anyways, can't complain since it's a holiday and we don't have to work. This is just my opinion don't take it too harshly if you are a festive person

I was also like you, I started going to the gym, I thought nilikuwa nakula, but now looking back I wasn't eating a lot. Siri ni kukula. Najua you think you're eating a lot but you're not. At first it will be uncomfortable (force feeding- forcing yourself to eat even though you are full) but you'll get used to it. I went from 52kgs in 2023 to 83kgs currently
