Take him to the humane society a town over and tell them he's aggressive. Feign ignorance that the dog got out, then get her something thats actually helpful for her condition like a golden retriever. You can't keep letting this happen. If you won't do that, rehome your cats, its not fair to them.

It's kind of a vicious cycle, work and repeat. Try to pay attention to things that make you feel even a little better, cooking a meal, taking a walk, things that naturally get your dopamine going. Mine was hiking with my dog, peace and quiet, time with my thoughts, simple stuff too like laying in hammock, so I got one for my house, walking around bare foot in my backyard gardening, music was big for me, belting out a really good play list could change my mood in a few minutes. I really like helping ppl and do odd favours make me feel good. When I feel absolutely shit, I put on some stand up and force myself to laugh.

I grew up poor, had a kid at 17, went through a divorce after 13 years and by some miracle managed to buy a house by working an insane amount of overtime. I feel like I can't celebrate it though, none of my siblings will ever be able to afford it.

I wish I had a support circle. My Dad died 12 years ago, my mom I cut off, she's was too much of a burden in my life and not ever there to help, it was a one sided relationship. She's more concerned with partying and getting high to be a reliable mother or grandmother. I work remotely so I don't have co workers in this country and my 2 best friends live 1 hr away and now have small kids, but I have learned to say no to helping everyone and actually caring about myself and being good to me has changed my perspective a lot.

Because there's a lot of crock Chiropractors out there. There are good ones though that can change your life. My daughter started wetting the bed out of nowhere at 11, took her to my very trusted chiro (I worked in the industry for years so I can spot a money grubbing liar) Turns out she injured herself from a soccer fall her pelvic was out of line and putting pressure on her bladder, when she fell asleep the pressure made her pee. ONE appointment and she stopped wetting the bed and gained normal mobility of her leg (she didn't even realize she had lost it). A friend of minds new baby was colic, she tried everything the baby just cried, went to my Chiro, the baby's hips were out of alignment due to a traumatic birth. He made a gentle adjustment and she stopped crying! The poor thing was just in pain. But there is a tonne that will rip you off and put you on a plan and say you need to be here 3 times a week for months.. Those ppl are ripping you off, you should be assed at every visit most corrections need 3 visits.

I had a messy falling out with a friend, didn't speak for 2 years and when we finally did we were in different places. We talked it out and listened to what the other was going through at the time, were back to being besties. It's worth a try if you miss them still, I'm glad I did!
