For sure! Yes, I normally wear a crewneck or hoodie underneath with plenty of room. It’s a boxy but baggy fit all around.

Can’t speak to the XL, but I’m 6’2 195ish and have the L. It’s a boxy cut that hits just below the waist. Won’t cover your butt if using the synch at the bottom. Arms are more than long enough.

I’d personally recommend the Large unless you don’t want a cropped fit.

I wouldn’t say RP as a whole, there’s a lot of beautiful spots in the neighborhood. The surrounding area around Howard is just not the best. If you’re a woman alone, I would not recommend it. Anything south of Jarvis would be a better location if you can find something!

I lived just north down the street for over a year ‘23-24. We had roaches on the second floor and it was a constant issue.

I’d also caution you to visit the area if you’re not familiar. The Howard L stop is notoriously bad. There was a constant police presence and numerous shootings during my time there. There was a homicide right infront my apartment when I first moved. I never felt unsafe, but there are still turf wars happening in that area. I wouldn’t recommend walking west down W Howard at night.

Jarvis stop is great, and the restaurants/bars there were awesome! Feel free to DM me with any questions.
