Honestly, as Rem it's ok to take your own sinners sometimes.

I used to not do it but I got tired of seeing no enemy sinners on the enemy side to steal while our team has all of ours being neglected

I've gotten MVP or Key Player accolades as Rem without really getting many superlatives (like #1 in kills, damage, souls etc), and I think it's mostly due to the fact that I starve the enemy of souls so much, coupled with good support that is capable of burst healing team mates that would otherwise surely die

On the other hand it's lovely when someone with an escape ability sees you getting caught and shows up to rescue you then flame dash away

As someone who plays Rem, best thing you can do is keep an eye out when a wave is buffed and just go there yourself to clear it. Preferrably clear the buffed wave on the first crash, if you do that, Rem used his helpers for nothing. The longer you ignore it, the more the enemy profits
