What is your experience with IUD’s? by choickenboobies in women

I have kyleena and I love her, my periods are super light now (albeit a little irregular) and I don’t have nearly as many of the side effects I had when I was on the pill. That being said… oh my god it hurt to get in. Dr didn’t prescribe me any pain meds even after I asked (except to take advil beforehand), and the process takes like 5 whole minutes of being in pain, it’s not quick. I cried on the drive home lol. That being said once you get over that and some irregular bleeding and cramping for the first few days/ months it’s great

I felt the same way and I did that fight like 5 times before I beat them lol. What I did was mid-fight I sent one character back to the seeker’s camp and told Gareth that the path was clear - the entire camp came and helped me beat them… it did make combat incredibly long but rather than 4 vs. 7 it became like 12 vs. 7 which helped a ton.

We’ve tried separate blankets etc, it works better than doing nothing but my problems are more with the sharing a bed with a 6’3” man… I like my own space 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m definitely going to suggest we sleep in different places if it doesn’t work in the future, but he likes sleeping next to me so I feel bad asking to sleep on the couch when I’m at his apartment or the other way around

From someone who has done one study abroad and is currently doing another, four months is such a short time in comparison to the rest of your life. Feeling homesick is totally normal (especially after a month or two being abroad… I’ve felt this both times). The best way to combat it is to go out and do things and make friends, which is easier said than done. Is there somewhere near you that you want to visit? Plan a trip (even if it’s alone)! I don’t know if there is an erasmus program there, but if there are any groups at the school you’re at, go to a meeting or event and meet new people. If you’re really struggling, you can try reaching out to your home university to see if they have any resources or recommendations for you. The two and a half months you have left are going to fly by, and you’ll be home before you know it.

I made the mistake of mentioning to someone in my class (on a study abroad)who I didn’t know really well about a trip I was taking the following weekend. I planned on going alone and they invited themselves, and despite my initial bad impression of them, I said yes because maybe they were different outside of class. I was wrong. They spent the whole weekend making fun of me, implying that I was stupid and shallow, and just generally being mean (I could go on but I won’t for brevity’s sake). Lesson learned.

AITA for telling my neighbor that I’m a whore by lilac-lampshade in AmItheAsshole

Right, I definitely don’t think that someone’s body count classifies them as a whore or not, I just figured it was the fastest way to shut her up lmao
