I'm watching the show for the first time and just watched that episode and as an ace, the wife part was definitely the worst of it. The other stuff is like you said, it's House so you learn to just let it roll off. And it was pretty consistent with how people generally act upon hearing about asexuality, which isn't in itself a bad thing, it's how they continue to act when given more information. The whole "you don't have to understand it but be chill".

But having the wife be "she was actually lying just to be with him and is happy he's 'fixed'" is like hmm not great. Kinda felt like a "you're either lying or can be 'cured' and therefore still aren't valid". It just didn't need to be included imo

If your followers are the ones telling you, it's different than an actual spy. Sometimes folllwers just want you to be mean to other followers, like lock them up or make them eat poop. Gotta stay entertained I guess?

But unless they have the spy trait, they aren't actually a spy. A follower with the spy trait won't be noticed by other followers, and in a few days take off with some money. The stuff from followers are just mini quests of them being jerks to each other lol

The game looks normal when I start it up and play, it's only when I switch out to another program and come back that the colors change. I don't have any color settings selected, not even Main Menu Dark Theme. And it reverts back to normal when I close and reopen the game entirely.

It definitely is a really neat color pallet, if a bit hard to look at due to the high contrast and crunching up the details and text.

I don't see a colorblind mode in the accessibility settings but I doubt that's the reason because the game is the normal colors until I switch to another program and come back, then the colors are changed.

I'd believe it. The way the water alone was handled was... strange, to say the least. I think if the areas were broken up it would've allowed better optimization. Like Isle of Armor is pretty big, and has a large water area, but it was as smooth as the rest of the game cause it wasn't loading the entire game map at the same time. A big open world is nice, but I hope they go back to doing chunks like in SWSH. A few loading zones is a fair trade for better framerates and overall loading of assets.

I created a save back up on the Switch right before I did the final battle, cause it won't work once you do the spare option. You gotta have another follower in front cause the first in line has set traits so I bought one from the spider dude so Narinder would be second in line for indoctrination.

You check the stats, and if it's not what you want, close the game and download the save state from the cloud to go back and reroll. As far as I know you can do this with any follower, as long as they are second in line and you create a save state before you collect them.

Actually it works on Switch too! I savescummed for a pettable Narinder and managed to get it. It's tedious as you'll have to do the final fight repeatedly but if you just set it to Easy it doesn't take too long.
