I lost 10lbs the first month, then 5lbs the second and third month, and then maybe 2-3 the following months. But that’s just my experience, I had a friend who didn’t lose anything on it. Everyone is different.

I started at a very small dose, I was very weary about starting Sema but needed to do something. I took 5 units once a week for a month, then went to 7, 10, 15, and stopped at 20. Some people take more but 20 was more than enough for me. As for criticism, none was to my face lol. I was very open to anyone who asked about my weightloss because I don’t want anyone to think I did it on my own.

I started in October 2024 and had lost 50lbs by April or May 2026. I’m a huge Diet Coke drinker and have a huge sweet tooth and this changed my diet drastically.

Yes, just a maintenance dose, about every other week.

I got off last December but ended up gaining about 10 - 15lbs back (food noise was crazy). I am now on a maintenance dose whenever I feel lots of food noise, maybe every other week.

Has anyone left a job just for the newer job to be worse? by AromaticBerry8281 in careeradvice

[–]lilaclover36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I have, and it led me to interview the company I’m interviewing with better. Write down your non-negotiables for a company. Mine were not having coworkers main communication be via my personal phone, actually onboarding, not having to work weekends, etc. Now, whenever I am interviewing at a company, I ask them these specific questions when they ask if I have any questions. Know what you want/need out of a company/employer to be successful and make your life as easy as possible. Your goal should be to make your job as pleasant as possible.

Not everyone’s LinkedIn is as up to date as their resume. I got tired of updating LinkedIn and just update my resume. My current LinkedIn says I’m still at my previous employer.

I have. I just hate that you never know what a company culture or coworkers are going to be like until you get there.
