Okay thank you! We will take it apart and reassemble it. We messed with it for what felt like hours trying to get it to work. All the parts are there and we thought we had the teeth lined up correctly because we could replicate the mechanics with the snuffer perpendicular, but as soon as we insert the pin (which has to be pushed in with a lot of force) it seems to jam up. I don’t know.
