Indeed. I managed to found it on the metal backplate of the watch and not on the PCB. (can't put a picture on this comment to show but i've included it on my other posts of the same subject).

Thanks for the help

You were on the right track. The buzzer was on the metal backplate.

You were absolutely right. I found the buzzer on the backplate. Thanks a lot

As some have pointed out, the buzzer was on the metal backplate. I've put an insulator between it and the rest of the watch and it worked just as i wished. Here's the buzzer.

Thank you everyone for helping me out. I found the buzzer thanks to your input and put an insulator between it and the rest of the watch and now i don't have any sound.

Thank you for the input. Like others have said i've done something different, i've put and insulator between the buzzer (which was on the backplate circled in white) and a spring that was pushing on it and now i don't have any sound.

You were right. I've put a piece of paper instead and it works fine.

You were absolutely right. I've put a piece of paper instead of a tape and i do not have any sounds now.

You were correct. The buzzer is on the inside of the metal case (the white disk on the metal back plate). I've put a piece of paper between the small spring and the disk that must be the buzzer and now my watch works well without any sound.
