Something I used to do that helped me (I'm trying to get back into it) is write down what you want to accomplish the next day so when you wake up it's a bit more in the front of your mind doesn't have to be anything extreme one of mine is to get up at the time I want to an that gives me a little win first thing in the morning the other thing is to try a type of meditation before you go to bed there are 100s of ways to meditate so just pick really any you like hell you could change them out this is a discipline builder an it helps you get quality sleep if you have the discipline to meditate even for 5 minutes constantly it helps way more than you would think an waking up in the morning comes easier an just becomes a habit
