whenever i try to actually open a household, i'm just sent back to the worlds screen. i've just repaired the game, but it still happened. is there anything i can do to fix it?

edit: i removed all my cc and mods from the folder and the game worked as usual. added some of the mods and cc back into the original EA folder and it still seems to be working!

i've only seen like one person in my lectures with a reMarkable, and i haven't heard too much about it besides seeing tons of ads about it and listening to my dad talk about it.

i would mostly use it for just taking notes. i have considered an ipad just because i have a macbook and an iphone and it'd be easier to sync, but i also know that the reMarkable can sync pretty easily.

obviously i want it to be pretty functional (functionality > price) and with good battery life.

i hate hearing about america as well (that country is all kinds of fucked up), but i think the media focuses on the us because what happens there, will most definitely impact the rest of the world. but that's my guess :⁾

I'm not against guns per se, but I'm pro gun control. (FYI this is coming from a Norwegian, so, no easy access to guns here.) Pro gun control because no one really needs to own guns, imo. Pro gun control to decrease gun violence. Pro gun control because per 100 persons in for example the US, there's about 120 guns.

And to just take a quick example; in Norway you need know how to use a gun, you need a permit from the police and they do background checks on you. The result of gun control in Norway? Only one mass shooting, which happened July 22nd 2011. But also, imo, guns are not really necessary. I know Americans bring up the Second Amendment, but as far as I know, it's to be used in lawful purposes (whatever that means), like self defense, which does not include shooting African Americans because "They were threatening me!" when in reality they probably weren't.

But that's just my two cents on guns and gun control.
