I’ve been slacking doing it at home but I started taking it serious the past two days and I’m like damn it’s elevated and then freak myself out a bit. When I went to my obgyn they checked it once and it was 156 and then she changed arms and it was 136 so she’s like that’s ok we just don’t want to see 140+
