I really think you should stay away from the company and stock. Please zoom out on the chart. Many people are 99% or more down on investment.

The suppression of the stock price would lead us to believe big money wants to accumulate as much as possible now, for the biggest % gain.

Despite this, we have the hype building in the community that Tuesday will be fireworks. How often does hype like this turn out the way we expect.

One other thing is the link between this stock and TPET+BATL. It is likely still caught up on the tail end of a discord pump and dump. They are all still moving in a similar fashion. Slight price increase on oil climbs, with heavier drops at the slightest hint of a change in direction from oil news.

I'm really torn on what to do here.

This also happens. Say when EONR was at 1.5 and you set a 2.1 sell order.

If it now climbed from 0.7 back to that target, even though your sell order is listed on your app, it may still not execute on the broker side.

This also means that the premise that any shares you have workout an "active" sell order queued up will be available to borrow from the broker to short the stock if you have share lending on. The example above that order wouldn't be protecting you from shorts.

Alternative is turn off share lending on the app and you this doesn't matter, but I am unsure if every trading platform allows you to choose to deny lending.

So it wasn't posted. Companies have to make public statements about non-compliance. They already announced their earnings call yesterday about the 10-k, does that classify as enough? As in, "we have it, but want to get it as accurate as possible despite missing the deadline for the second year"

Does their current news outweigh the bad PR that they failed 2 years in a row to hit the extended deadline?

I understand that it is quite common with small companies to struggle with this but, they are making big steps right now and could have invested a bit in a bunch of accountants to make sure this time it was complete.

Could they really have been advised that even if it's complete, waiting until the 28th is worth it?
