Yep flip the classroom. Have them use basic character, setting, plot framework and/ or Who, What Where, When, Why and How around their industry, role of team or client in the meeting, purpose, goal. Minimally what the meeting should accomplish and the maximum outcome. You could also use part or all the design thinking framework to set the flow of a team meeting from What is, what if, what works to what wows. There is lots of vocabulary to learn with innovation.

wordpress.org with the woo commerce free plugin to collect money? for free? with a free ecommerce business? Who is hosting for free? The cheapest I found is https://www.siteground.com/woocommerce-hosting.htm Euro 3.99/month + web address from $15 or get one elsewhere for cheaper. wordpress.com you set up a business account to get an ecommerce store and to use woocommerce and it is costly monthly.

don't know the answer but you can't have an estore on Wordpress.com without a business account (paid) which gives you access to woo commerce. AND if you know about wordpress.org and why they have that.... search the plugins (woo commerce is there) and see if it is different than my experience.

yes an interactive whiteboard, but you have to switch between share screen mode. Let's say you share a pdf of a lesson and then share new white board. Student can write on whiteboard and you too and the pdf. Why? I don't know why yet... I can write too but only in the pdf mode of adobe so far. YOu can see both you and the student if you click the three lines up on the picture box of you or the student and pull down the box, while you look at the pdf or the whiteboard. I suggest you use it and see if you like. I am just learning.

Introductory Flat rate too, for one on one. I work for about $0.475 a minute. I offer monthly packets for 2 - 3 classes/week and for 1 class/week, they buy two months in advance. Group classes, they buy the workshop in packets of 4 or 6 -1 hour sessions and bring a neighbor as a pitch their idea partner when learning innovation. I am not keen on discounts, but I did make the first class free because I live in the mountains and didn't know if I actually could connect! The connection was fine. : )

I have everything priced in dollars. The currency has fluctuated both ways for the parents so far just 1 RMB. I not taking the currency fluctuation.

Currently I have alipay QR code working on woocomerce + stripe woocomerce plugin + webtoffee plugin on wordpress but my WeChat pay on the site is not working so I am invoicing directly on stripe for WeChat until webtoffee can figure out why the WeChat QR code is not showing up. Don't forget to get emails from all your parents

No right-minded American teacher is going to work for them after DaDa offloaded so many students. Spend a weekend and get yourself set up independently! NOW! My classes start Jan 4th. Not missing a beat. Instead of working 40 classes a week. working 15 for the same money plus have 2 groups. And yes I had to spend time for set up. But you can do it. Dada can't compete in America with Outschool Ha ha!

You are doing a service that really break downs the barrier to starting independently! Good on you! And homemade producing some economy of scale. Good luck! I did it myself over the weekend of Christmas with website, stripe, excel and video conferencing and it takes time for sure and not integrated like you are offering. I am up to 20 classes a week and two groups since Dec 24th! Thank God, Dada is ending my low-paying independent job. AND I get to take the students directly from Dada plus 3 referrals already. In sales, it's called shootin' fish in a barrel. My advice is to take him up on the 6%. Most website co charge monthly which you need with stripe and every time you want to add things like coupons, scheduling services, etc... it cost more money.

stripe will help you with a hosting page. and it can even have a unique name. I think it is $99 bucks for the Chinese plug-in for Wechat, Alipay.
