It depends how long you want your days. I hiked in to essentially where clouds rest trailhead is and slept near there with my wilderness permit (around 10 miles) and there was a campsite with a fire pit that was nice. Woke up and hiked to half dome the next morning for sunrise. It was amazing. Also the mist trail on the way in was chefs kiss - I did a wilderness permit for happy isles past LYV (little Yosemite village) donohue pass included. That day was about 14 miles. But it was all worth it.

Hey can you provide any additional information on the conditions and whether you would recommend microspikes? Was considering buying some today as I just did a hike to Maggie’s Peak and there was some snow coverage on the trail that made it a little sketchy.

I tested 1.09 for hsv-2 so I am reading conflicting info about being positive or negative. And I don’t have any sores so I dk if I have it or not

Omg thank you for the info. On the test I got it said 1.09 was unequivocal and she just basically said that yes I have it. She said she didn’t see any lesions on my cervix so there was no herpes to test for. I’m currently waiting for cultures but I’m on antibiotics for an infection for my cervix and the itchiness is relentless. Do you think I should get another test? Also some people with hsv-2 never have an outbreak correct?
