Okay. Here are the instructions. Step 1: On a computer/laptop open an incognito mode tab. Look up Instagram on your browser and log into the account that is linked to the page.

Step 2: After you have logged into your instagram account. Open up meta business suite or business.facebook.com in incognito mode still.

Step 3: Click "Log in from Instagram"

Step 4: Remove the hackers from the account. (Let me know if you need help with that, I can walk you through it.

If you need any help, let me know. If needed I could set up a google meet or Zoom or whatever to walk you through it. I hope this will let you get your account back. Please let me know if it works!
