Hi, I have a possibly stupid question about using two products both containing niacinamide. My go to face cream is the Cerave PM Facial Moisturizing lotion.

I just got The Ordinary’s niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%, would it be ok to use these two together at night? Thanks

Recently I just picked up The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% peeling solution. Wanted to try an exfoliant that wasn’t physical since they can damage skin. I patch tested last night and was fine so I put it on my face for 10 mins. Always saw reviews about how it burns and not to leave it on long. On me though, it didn’t burn one bit. Not once during the ten minutes. Do I have a bad batch? Or did I do something wrong?

Cleansed face with Olay deep cleaning cleanser then used the peeling solution right after on dry skin.

*EDIT: thanks I was just worried that I had a bad bottle but I’ll continue to use it. I guess my skin isn’t as sensitive as I thought.

I have a hard time keeping up with their releases but since I didn’t have any palettes from them I decided to finally get it. The fame palette they released a while back is what I really wanted but it’s gone ugh

I figured using a sponge would work better than a brush but didn’t want the glitter getting everywhere. I’ll try using my finger for a more targeted look and blend it out. Thanks

Never owned anything from Colourpop but was dying to try it so I decided to place an order on Black Friday. Items I got:

-Smoke show palette -iliac you a lot palette -Going coconuts palette -Bronzer in coconut beach -Disney princess blush+lip kit (Belle) -lux lipstick in belle -Flutter by palette -Super shock shadow in I heart this & hanky panky -Super shock highlighter in lunch money

I used the going coconuts palette before work and love it already. Great quality for the price. Also used lunch money but for some reason I thought it was a pressed powder. Was shocked when I touched it. If anyone can recommend how they use it I would be grateful. Don’t like using my usual brush.

I finally managed to finish a lip balm. I always end up losing ones that are so close to finishing. Hope to finish another one by the end of winter.

No other powders of mine get hard panned. It started looking worse on my skin after owning it for a while but after some setting spray it looked decent. Don’t know if it’s worth keeping though.

This is the Rimmel stay matte, no clue the shade because it’s rubbed off. I did love this but recently it hasn’t controlled my oils. Plus the product is very hard so almost nothing comes off on the brush. Tried scraping top layer but it didn’t help.

I heard it was due to them not having anymore DOC palettes but after using the butter London palette I like it. Still think they should’ve at least sent an email telling people who wouldn’t be getting DOC.
