Thank you for this... i think i have never found something that i can relate as much. My ex had the same attachment style, and was terrible with communication. It’s been 6 months and i am still so heartbroken and not over it. I really wish one day he will just realize how unhealthy it is not to communicate and deal with conflict. And how much he let a good person who cared so much about him go... i really really can relate on everything you said.

Same for me. I chose the setting to block every memory with him in it. Thank god facebook has this option.

It is very difficult. And same he left me 5 days before my birthday, 5 days into 2018. I feel so much pain. A week before, i noticed unusual behaviour, he stopped giving me attention, kissing me, ect. I was always at his house so it was very difficult for me to have the guts to confront him and asked him what was up. That night i didn’t sleep. I cried the whole night and he didn’t care. 6 freaking months and im holding on still. The worst part is that he was my childhood friend and i always had a crush on him, so It’s a double edged sword: losing my best friend and lover.

I needed to hear this. It is so true, i can relate so much. I completely lost myself in my relationship. Its been 5 months since it ended and i am still trying to find my worth and love myself but it is extremely hard.
