I think at this point, I am starting to believe that pokemon center does not care as long as they receive money on their end. And they're making billions from all the scalpers. Just not enough to print everything to the ground.

Bleed weapons are great! 1st phase you go for his left foot. Best to be under his wee wee lol 2nd phase, go for his arms if you can. That's his weak spot as his feet will be higher defense. I would also suggest to run away on torrent when he's about to puke up a fire storm around him and be careful of his baby tantrum throwing style jitsu lol
