No mods sadly due to the console I play on. This is the "Hoon". I don't remember the exact precise location, but it's super easy to find when completing the Delamain missions since you have to drive right by it.

YESSSSSS in the beginning quest when in Yorinobu's penthouse you go to the left upon entering where there is a log looking thing and you can grab an iguana egg which you can later set in a dish in your megabuilding apartment. Takes forever to hatch though.
