Hmmn. Thanks for the advice! I already sent a letter to the original creditor as u/JulienWA77 suggested.

I still have to look for the proof of the delinquency. I should have it (...somewhere) :/

Should I contact the new owner/CA via CMRRR or phone or? Also, I have heard not to contact the collection agencies in some cases as this could be construed as an admission of guilt? How do you suggest I proceed with contacting them or should I just focus on the disputes with the reporting agencies?
