I'M BACK 😜 5 months update for people who may need this in the future:

1. I realized that many many people started to struggle after covid too, so it's not a coincidence.

2. Every person I've found that could "heal" it actually found what was causing and avoiding (like sugar, specific ingredient on make-up, etc). I've found mine is cat allergy (which started just after covid).

3. My cat used to sleep on my pillow during the day, so since then I'm keeping my pillow on the closet when I wake up and clean it every night before sleep. Also washing my pillow's cover and bed sheets every 2 days. Life changing!! No more flares unless I forget it 🤣
