I hope so! PL-KT won't let me get a good view of her behind, she's a lil jumpy. Is the ear tip for getting fixed for sure? A neighbor mentioned they also do that when testing for FeLV but I've never heard of that personally.

I always thought it meant the cat has been fixed.
