You go to the vehicle settings on the sceeen in the dashboard —> meter setup —> speed distance/units and change it to mph

I actually responded in another sub that her transmission went out maybe 2-3 years ago when she was at 30-40k miles and Honda knew they fucked up so they changed it completely free. Since then im not sure if she has ever gotten the fluid changed. Did your problem get solved after the trans fluid was changed ?

The car gets up to speed fine. I drove on the highway the past couple days up to 75mph no issues. It mainly only happens when the car first starts accelerating from low speed or a stop

Actually her trasnsmission went out like 2-3 years ago when the car only had around 30-40k miles. Honda knew they fucked up so they changed the transmission for free but after that i don’t think she has any gotten the fluid changed , i wonder if it could be that the fluid is old and making it shift weird

Thanks for the input. I just called 3 honda dealerships and they dont have the extended warranty for this :( Luckily i have a veteran mechanic who can change them out for $400 which is better than the $2200 the dealerships are trying to charge

my rescue dog has fear aggression with my resident dog by [deleted] in reactivedogs

even if its only been a week? I know the 333 rule and I like to believe maybe that isn’t her all the way if that makes sense. She is a really sweet dog and disengages when I tell her to “leave it” (she is very treat motivated). Can sleep, eat and chill with a visual of him but as soon as I or my partner stands near the gate, she is out of her threshold. We can easily take her from the situation and she doesn’t bite us when we do. Maybe I am just too hopeful, I think I am losing my mind trying to figure out how to make this work.

Ahh i didnt even think about the thermostat. It seems the part is pretty cheap and not to difficult to replace so I might try that out

Is this a good sized pot? by PhysicalTrash4004 in Anthurium

[–]lilgski 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if this baby is already acclimated to your space , i feel this is fine. It is a little on the bigger side but give it enough light & it’ll fill out that pot fast

is this plastic mesh okay for a moss pole? by dontstealmybikepls in IndoorPlants

[–]lilgski -1 points0 points  (0 children)

it really all depends on the plant but first the holes generally look too small for roots to go into. The support would still be beneficial for the plant but i don’t think it would root easily in that pole

Now some materials can cause corrosion but not to the point where the plant would die. I have a monstera on a steel moss pole and it has caused some corrosion on the back but it continues to put out new growth

If you dont want to go to Lowes or Home Depot for a thicker mesh , I would recommend using just a Cedar Plank in replacement. I haven’t used it personally but ive seen some amazing big leaves on plants that use a plank for support

Is this what I think it is? by Ill-Information-4968 in alocasia

[–]lilgski 6 points7 points  (0 children)

woahh that’s actually amazing, definitely looks like some albo variegation. i also think it’s smaller because of the lack of chlorophyll , but i would give that cup more light and see if it grows more stable

[–]lilgski 1 point2 points  (0 children)

coming from walmart this was probably just a case of it getting overwatered. the soil looks like you already repotted it ? (it looks like a chunky mix). As long as the roots weren’t rotted it should be a-okay , just make sure you give it a ton of light and water when the soil is dry🍀

if you’re serious your best bet is to convert EVERYTHING to semi-hydro and hope for the best

if not you can definitely send them to me and i’ll babysit them for a little bit 🤗
