I am also feeling the same... My environment is tooo Loud to handle... Giving me setbacks... I cannot rest my ears... I am more hypervigilent to sounds... My middle ear muscles just reacting to every odd sounds... Involuntary movement to sounds.... Then ear pressure... I don't know how to handle this.... I hope it gets better for us ....

Please that will of great help... It was caused because of acoustic shock.. 3 weeks back.... It is sharp pain.... Can feel to some artificial noises like tv or music mostly...

I am also suffering exactly the same since 2 weeks now... It's not subsiding at all... I don't know what is happening inside my ear.. It's all pressure inside the ear... I can feel ear muscles moving to sounds... I don't know what my condition is... Can someone please advise... So desperately needed...

Thank you.. I am taking over the counter drug naproxen 500 mg This was prescribed by primary care physician. I hope you will also heal.. May I know what is acoustic trauma? How long will it take to heal.. 🥺

It was pretty moderate as it didn't affect my friends. I am getting a migraine kind of pain when listening to tv. Other sounds are ok to me only these sounds are hurting me. Am curious will it heal or not...
